HaulWise adds your fixed monthly costs (spread over your projected monthly miles) to your per-mile costs (fuel based on price and MPG, plus maintenance, tires, DEF, tolls, and driver pay). The result is the all-in cost to run one mile.
After you enter a load's rate and miles, HaulWise compares your profit per mile to your target. GO means it meets or beats your target, TIGHT means it is profitable but below target, and NO-GO means the load loses money.
HaulWise ships with public IFTA diesel rates and lets you edit any rate. Rates change each quarter, so always verify them against your jurisdiction before filing. You can reset to the bundled values or enter your own in Settings → IFTA tax rates.
With HaulWise Pro you can export your IFTA report and money log as CSV or PDF and save them anywhere. Because data is stored only on your device, deleting the app removes it.
