HaulWise adds your fixed monthly costs (spread over your projected monthly miles) to your per-mile costs (fuel based on price and MPG, plus maintenance, tires, DEF, tolls, and driver pay). The result is the all-in cost to run one mile.
After you enter a load's rate and miles, HaulWise compares your profit per mile to your target. GO means it meets or beats your target, TIGHT means it is profitable but below target, and NO-GO means the load loses money.
HaulWise ships with public IFTA diesel rates and lets you edit any rate. Rates change each quarter, so always verify them against your jurisdiction before filing. You can reset to the bundled values or enter your own in Settings → IFTA tax rates.
With HaulWise Pro you can export your IFTA report and money log as CSV or PDF, both started by you from inside the app, and save them anywhere. Because data is stored only on your device, deleting the app removes it. On Android, if the device's own backup is turned on, your HaulWise data is also included automatically in your Google account backup.
No. HaulWise Pro is a one-time purchase on iPhone and Android. The cost-per-mile setup and the per-load calculator are free; the Pro unlock adds unlimited load history, the full IFTA report, and CSV/PDF export.
No. HaulWise has no GPS or location tracking on either platform. All miles are entered manually, and the Android app does not request the location permission at all.
If you reinstall HaulWise or set it up on a new Android phone, open the Pro unlock screen and tap Restore purchase; it re-checks your purchase history with your signed-in Google Play account. If anything fails, email us.
