HaulWise is built to keep your business data private. The short version: HaulWise does not collect anything.
HaulWise has no account and no login. Everything you enter (truck costs, loads, trips, fuel purchases, income, expenses, and tax rates) is stored only on your device. We do not have a server, and your data is never uploaded, transmitted, sold, or shared with us or anyone else.
HaulWise does not use GPS or location services. All miles and fuel are entered manually or from your odometer. The app never tracks where you are or where you drive.
HaulWise contains no third-party analytics, no advertising, and no tracking SDKs.
The one-time HaulWise Pro unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the transaction; we never see your payment details. Purchase status is verified on-device through Apple's StoreKit.
Because all data lives on your device, you can remove it at any time by deleting the app. You can export your records as CSV or PDF (with HaulWise Pro) to keep your own backups.
HaulWise is a calculator and record-keeping tool. IFTA tax rates included in the app are public figures you can edit, and you should verify them against your jurisdiction before filing. HaulWise does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
